On Monday, 23 May, US President Barack Obama visited Ireland. He delivered a fantastic speech to thousands of people in Dame street. But because the world was watching on, it was important that the data communications cabling was installed by ‘the best’ contractor in Ireland. With that in mind, our friends in BT called us to partner them in this small, but crucial piece of work. This was a hugely important event, of major historical significance. Failure to deliver was not an option.
Pat O Callaghan extended Kedington’s ‘is feidir linn’ attitude and pulled out all the stops to deliver a successful cabling installation in a very short time. Just five days before the President’s visit, Kedington started site surveys with BT and delivered a flawless installation. We acknowledge Pat’s commitment to this project and feel confident that it will bring us closer to BT and future works.
