Project Manager Required – Data Centre Environment / Denmark.

Kedington Denmark Aps, part of Kedington Limited Ireland, is looking to recruit a Project Manager for a new-build Data Centre in Odense, Denmark.

Kedington Ltd is Ireland’s leading IT Infrastructure company employing over 120 personnel and delivers projects throughout Ireland and mainland Europe. We design, install, test and commission large scale wired and wireless passive and active networks whilst partnering the world’s leading companies in the network connectivity and solutions space.

Our client is now investing in a new hyper scale Data Centre in Odense Denmark. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Odense to oversee and manage the delivery of this project from start up to completion and on-going support thereafter.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in the delivery of large scale DC projects , ideally in the IT Cabling or Electrical discipline’s.

Danish language skills a useful advantage but not essential.

This is a permanent appointment within this exciting start-up phase and will lead to long term employment with a package reflecting the seniority of the role.

Interviews will be held in Copenhagen in late June / July with a start date of August 2017.

Assistant Estimation Manager Required, Dublin

Kedington Ltd currently has a vacancy for an Assistant Estimation Manager based in our Dublin office.
The role will entail supporting the Estimations Manager and Sales team during the tender process. Typically our bids are for the structured cabling element of new builds , refurbishments and fit out of commercial buildings and facilities for some of Ireland’s largest employers.

The role will require close attention to detail in terms of drawing take offs , quantifying various elements to component level and associated labour installation rates. Excellent communication and PC skills are required as continual engagement with colleagues, partner companies and clients will be a daily requirement.

Previous experience in the construction / electrical and/ or ICT industry would be a distinct advantage, however full training will be provided.

An excellent package is available to the right candidate.

Purchasing Assistant Required

Kedington Limited is actively seeking a full time purchasing assistant to join the team in our Head Office in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17.

The ideal candidate will have previous purchasing experience and familiarity with electronic components or cabling products would be a distinct advantage. Full training will be provided to applicants without relevant previous experience.

Working hours 9 am to 5.30pm Mon to Friday.

Dublin – Structured Cabling Technicians

Kedington are currently seeking applicants for the position of Senior Structured Cabling Technician. There are five vacancies available.

Ideally, candidates will have previous data network cable installation experience on large construction sites, including; installation, termination and test/commissioning of copper UTP Cat 6 and Cat 6A cables.

Only experienced data network technicians with over three years’ experience need apply.

The right applicant will be given the opportunity to rise quickly through the ranks to the next level and to work in areas that will advance their knowledge and experience.

Previous experience working on high volume installation in data network centres is a distinct advantage.
Candidates must hold a current Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate at a minimum.
